Interested in trying out a new style of riding - we just added the new 2024 Norco Sight, Optic, and Fluid VLT to our fleet! - before buying? Visiting the Comox Valley and wanting to explore the Cumberland trails? You're in luck! We have an excellent selection of premium performance and well-maintained full suspension mountain bikes ready for you to rent.
All of our rentals include a helmet, a lock, and the best insider information on local riding spots that you'll find anywhere. We also have all of the gear that you may need for a fantastic ride, including nutrition and hydration solutions.
All bikes come with pedals (flats, clipless) at no extra charge. If you have your own pedals, we're happy to throw them on for you.
OUR BIKES
Our fleet consists of full suspension mountain bikes: electric-assist premium performance bikes, and premium performance (the latest and greatest, newest cutting edge) and performance models (tried and tested, reliable steeds), from NORCO, TREK, IBIS (the HD6 in a MX setup), and SALSA (like a Cassidy, for the big stuff). We have a wide range of sizes - perfect for the local trails!
For the 2024 season we just added the all new NORCO OPTIC and SIGHT to our line-up. The new NORCO FLUID VLT (pedal-assist, Bosch Performance Line SX) will be available soon. so will be a few MONDRAKER models.

The new 2024 NORCO OPTIC C2 is set to gain serious ground with the new Virtual Pivot Suspension | High Pivot (VPSHP) platform.
With 140mm/125mm of travel, the 2024 Optic is ready to tear up climbs as it is tackling challenging descents. The VPSHP suspension layout provides increased rearward axle path and an idler to manage pedal feedback, keeping Optic’s playful roots, while punching above its weight when the trails get rough.

High Performance MTB
The TREK FUEL EX 8 is part of this category, as an example. It is the ideal trail bike for riders who want a versatile full suspension ripper that makes soul-crushing climbs less painful, but can also huck rowdy trails.
It hits the sweet spot of value and performance in our mountain bike lineup by combining a stout but light alloy frame with a 1x12 drivetrain that has the extra-low 51-tooth climbing gear around a 140/130mm travel.

- YOU WILL RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND ($225) IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY OF RENTAL.

Contacting us ahead of time to make your reservation is the best way to ensure that we have a bike ready for you in the correct size and style, set up for you as soon as you arrive at our shop.
All our rentals are daily rentals, we do not offer 24hr rentals. Consecutive rental days' fees apply if you would like to keep a rental over night and bring it back the next day (e.g. rent a bike Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday = 2-day rental).

Please contact us at least 1 day before your intended rental, we cannot guarantee a same-day rental at this point.
All reservations require a deposit to secure your booking.
Valid government-issued photo I.D. (driver's license, passport, health card) and a valid credit card with the renter's name is required to rent a bike. Keep note that the name, address and signature has to match the renter's I.D.
Please note that we are closed Sunday/Monday and statutory holidays.

If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it - take home a new bicycle within 3 months of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to 5 days' worth of rental fees!
